3,316 Available!  281 are bank owned, 387 are short sales and 2,648 are equity.

Last week 865 went into escrow.  82 are bank owned, 279 are short sales and 504 were equity.

There were 641 closed transactions last week.  59 were bank owned, 226 were short sales and 356 were equity!

3,262 SFR homes are available!  Of that, 269 are bank owned, 385 are short sales and 2,608 are equity!

We had 824 go into contract this past week!  103 bank owned, 315 short sales and 315 equity!

There were 554 closed transactions.  50 bank owned, 165 short sale and 339 equity!

We had a total of 64 non-bank owned, non-short sales homes fall off the market and fail to sell!

869 went into escrow.  87 are REO, 289 short sale, 493 are Equity!

485 went into sold status!  55 are REO, 154 are short sales, 276 are Equity!

There are 46 Expireds last week.  There is only a 3.5 week supply!

Market Stats-4/1/13

As of today there are 3070 SFR homes available in Las Vegas, NV.  Of those 312 are bank owned, 407 are short sales and 2351 are equity sales.

Last week 788 went into P,C status-accepted an offer.  Of those: 102 were bank owned, 296 were short sales and 390 were equity sales.

We had a total of 742 closed last week.  72 were bank owned, 250 were short sales and 420 were equity sales!

There were 110 Expired listings this past week!
