    Market Stats-4/1/13

    As of today there are 3070 SFR homes available in Las Vegas, NV.  Of those 312 are bank owned, 407 are short sales and 2351 are equity sales.

    Last week 788 went into P,C status-accepted an offer.  Of those: 102 were bank owned, 296 were short sales and 390 were equity sales.

    We had a total of 742 closed last week.  72 were bank owned, 250 were short sales and 420 were equity sales!

    There were 110 Expired listings this past week!
