Las Vegas Real Estate Market Update - 10/21/13

It's Monday so here is your Las Vegas Real Estate Market Update for today brought to you by your favorite real estate coach, Julie Youngblood.

Knowing and understanding the real estate market is your job as an agent.  It can mean 1,000's or 10,000's more DOLLARS in your clients pockets, don't we owe it to them to be the BEST REALTOR we can?

As of today there are 6,824 SFR homes in available status in the MLS. 

Of those: 442 are bank owned, 895 are short sales and 5,488 are traditional sellers.

Last week there were 704 homes placd into P or C status, accepted an offer!

Of those: 38 were bank owned, 232 were short sales and 434 were traditional sellers.

There were 429 closed transactions last week.

Of those: 17 were bank owned, 72 were short sale and 340 were traditional!

Las Vegas Real Estate Market Update - 10/7/13

Real Estate and Business Coach, Julie Youngblood, shares the current update on the Las Vegas Real Estate Market.

There are currently 6543 homes in ER status in the MLS

369 are bank owned

838 are short sales

5336 are traditional sellers

Last week there were 859 properties put into P,C status

49 are bank owned

296 are short sale

514 are traditional sellers

637 closed escrow

31 are bank owned

137 are short sale

469 are traditional sellers

Las Vegas Real Estate Market Update - 9/16/13

The Market Stats for Las Vegas are as follows:

6,080 SFR homes are listed in available status in the MLS.

733 are short sales

313 are bank owned

5.034 are traditional sellers

Last week there were 819 SFR homes that accepted an offer.

227 were short sales

58 were bank owned

534 were traditional

Last week there were 471 closed properties.

109 were short sale

35 were bank owned

327 were equity

There were 49 non-short sale/bank owned homes that failed to sell, went into Expired status in the MLS.

There is currently a 7.5 week supply of homes on  the market.

Las Vegas Real Estate Market Update - 8/26/13

Real Estate coach, Julie Youngblood shares the current real estate market update for Las Vegas, NV.

There are currently 5,528 SFR homes available in Henderson/Las Vegas area.

Of those: 599 317 are bank owned, 599 are short sales, 4,612 are equity.

Last week there were 817 sales.  Of those, 57 were bank owned, 269 were short sales and 491 were equity.

There were 559 closings last week.  41 were bank owned, 127 were short sales and 391 were equity.

Las Vegas Real Estate Market Update - 8/19/13

I believe that the era of the skilled listing agent is coming back.  No more shooting from the hip on listing presentations.  Sellers know that it takes an agent with skill and know-how to get the job done.  The question is, are you the agent that will get the job done?

As of today there are:

5,325 SFR homes on the market!  Of those, 302 are REO/Bank owned, 562 are short sales, 4,488 are equity.

Last Week: 761 went into escrow!  Of that, 59 were REO/Bank owned, 201 were short sales, 501 were equity sellers.

Last Week there were 554 properties that closed escrow.  Of those 34 were REO/Bank owned, 119 were short sales and 401 were equity sales.
