It's Monday so here is your Las Vegas Real Estate Market Update for today brought to you by your favorite real estate coach, Julie Youngblood.

As of today there are 6,824 SFR homes in available status in the MLS.
Of those: 442 are bank owned, 895 are short sales and 5,488 are traditional sellers.
Last week there were 704 homes placd into P or C status, accepted an offer!
Of those: 38 were bank owned, 232 were short sales and 434 were traditional sellers.
There were 429 closed transactions last week.
Of those: 17 were bank owned, 72 were short sale and 340 were traditional!
