Here are the Las Vegas Real Estate Market Stats for today!

There are currently 5,708 SFR homes on the market, of those: 319 are bank owned, 649 are short sales and 4,740 are equity!

Last Week there were 804 homes that went into escrow.  Of those: 63 were bank owned, 252 were short sales and 489 were equity.

There were 778 closed properties last week.  Of those: 47 were bank owned, 211 were short sales and 520 were equity!
