There are currently 6543 homes in ER status in the MLS

369 are bank owned

838 are short sales

5336 are traditional sellers

Last week there were 859 properties put into P,C status

49 are bank owned

296 are short sale

514 are traditional sellers

637 closed escrow

31 are bank owned

137 are short sale

469 are traditional sellers

Las Vegas Real Estate Market Update - 9/16/13

The Market Stats for Las Vegas are as follows:

6,080 SFR homes are listed in available status in the MLS.

733 are short sales

313 are bank owned

5.034 are traditional sellers

Last week there were 819 SFR homes that accepted an offer.

227 were short sales

58 were bank owned

534 were traditional

Last week there were 471 closed properties.

109 were short sale

35 were bank owned

327 were equity

There were 49 non-short sale/bank owned homes that failed to sell, went into Expired status in the MLS.

There is currently a 7.5 week supply of homes on  the market.

Las Vegas Real Estate Market Update - 9/9/13

Las Vegas Real Estate coach, Julie Youngblood, shares the current real estate market update for Las Vegas.  Look for these weekly market updates on Mondays.  

As of today there are: 5,947 SFR homes available.  Of those, 307 are bank owned, 692 are short sales, 4,948 are traditional sellers.

Last week there were 753 sales.  Of those, 54 were bank owned, 215 were short sale, 484 were traditional sellers.

We had 345 closings last week.  25 were bank owned, 66 were short sales, 254 were traditional sellers.

There are currently 5,708 SFR homes on the market, of those: 319 are bank owned, 649 are short sales and 4,740 are equity!

Last Week there were 804 homes that went into escrow.  Of those: 63 were bank owned, 252 were short sales and 489 were equity.

There were 778 closed properties last week.  Of those: 47 were bank owned, 211 were short sales and 520 were equity!

Market Stats:

3,917 Available!  272 bank owned, 390 short sale, 3,255 equity!

Last week 806 went into escrow!  60 bank owned, 230 short sale, 516 equity.

Last week 858 closed escrow!  62 bank owned, 272 short sale, 524 equity.

There were 170 expired listings that were equity!
