Las Vegas Real Estate Market Stats-4.22.13

Here are the stats for this week!

3,262 SFR homes are available!  Of that, 269 are bank owned, 385 are short sales and 2,608 are equity!

We had 824 go into contract this past week!  103 bank owned, 315 short sales and 315 equity!

There were 554 closed transactions.  50 bank owned, 165 short sale and 339 equity!

We had a total of 64 non-bank owned, non-short sales homes fall off the market and fail to sell!

Market Stats for Las Vegas!

There are 3,081 SFR homes in Available Status!  Of those: 313 are REO, 436 are Short Sales, 2,332 are Regular Sales!

Last week 914 went into Escrow!  110 are REO, 319 are Short Sales and 485 are Regular Sales!

Last week there were 531 closings!  63 were REO, 171 were Short Sales, 297 were Regular Sales!

There were 75 Expired listings last week!

Stats for the week!

3,087 are available!  YIKES, that's low!  333 are bank owned, 426 are short sales, 2,328 are equity sales!

902 went into escrow last week!  110 are bank owned, 347 are short sales and 445 are equity!

Last week there were 516 closed sales.  55 were bank owned, 182 were short sales and 279 were equity!

There were 63 homes that Expired off the market!

There are currently 3120 SFR homes available.  Of those, 326 are bank owned, 454 were short sales and 2,340 are equity.

Last week 919 went into escrow!  Of those 109 were bank owned, 360 were short sales, 450 were equity.

There were 478 closings last week.  43 were bank owned, 158 were short sales and 277 were equity!
