Market Stats-3/11/13

There are currently 3120 SFR homes available.  Of those, 326 are bank owned, 454 were short sales and 2,340 are equity.

Last week 919 went into escrow!  Of those 109 were bank owned, 360 were short sales, 450 were equity.

There were 478 closings last week.  43 were bank owned, 158 were short sales and 277 were equity!
