As of today there are: 5,947 SFR homes available. Of those, 307 are bank owned, 692 are short sales, 4,948 are traditional sellers.
Last week there were 753 sales. Of those, 54 were bank owned, 215 were short sale, 484 were traditional sellers.
We had 345 closings last week. 25 were bank owned, 66 were short sales, 254 were traditional sellers.
