Las Vegas Real Estate Market Update - 9/30/13

Real estate coach, Julie Youngblood, shares the current Las Vegas market update.  LOL, I love the music in the background.  

As of today there are 6,354 SFR homes available in Las Vegas.

354 are bank owned

848 are short sale

5,152 are traditional sales

Last week 828 went into escrow.

58 were bank owned

255 are short sales

515 were traditional sales

Last week there were 683 closings.

43 were bank owned

153 were short sales 

487 were equity 

There were 50 traditional Expired last week.

Las Vegas Real Estate Market Update - 9/23/13

The Las Vegas real estate market is certainly in the midst of a shift.  The only way to recognize that is to be a student of the market!

As of today there are 6,241 SFR homes on the market. 

343 are bank owned

768 are short sales

5,130 are traditional sales

Last week there were 771 homes put into escrow.

34 were bank owned

236 were short sales

501 were traditional sales

Last week there were 522 closings.

27 were bank owned

115 were short sales

380 were traditional sales

Last week 44 homes failed to sell and went into expired status.  None of these homes were short sale or bank owned.

Las Vegas Real Estate Market Update - 8/5/13

Las Vegas Real Estate Coach Shares the current market update for Las Vegas!

AS of today there are 4,818 SFR homes in available status in the MLS.  Of those, 265 are bank owned, 464 are short sales and 4,089 are equity sellers!

Last week there were 890 homes that went into escrow!  Whoo-eee!  Of those, 91 were bank owned, 256 were short sales and 543 were equity sellers.

Last week we had 757 homes close escrow!  Of those, 60 were bank owned, 213 were short sales and 484 were equity!

Las Vegas Real Estate Market Update - 7/29/13

Las Vegas Real Estate Coach, Julie Youngblood, shares the current real estate market update.  She does this every week on her website which also has free real estate scripts, tools you can use to build your business and other helpful real estate training.

As of today there are 4,642 homes in available status.  Of those, 290 are bank owned, 432 are short sales and 3,920 are regular equity sellers.

Last week we saw 818 go into escrow, or accept an offer.  Of those, 47 were bank owned, 222 were short sales and 549 were equity sellers.

There were 620 sold homes that closed escrow last week.  Of those, 51 were bank owned, 178 were short sales and 391 were equity.

Last week we saw 47 non-short sale and non-bank owned homes fail to sell, they expired.

Today there are:

4,262 SFR homes on the market.  278 bank owned, 402 short sales, 3,582 equity.

Last week 785 went into escrow!  67 are bank owned, 227 are short sales and 491 are equity.

Last week 515 closed escrow!  38 were bank owned, 120 were short sale and 357 were equity!

63 homes Expired from the MLS.

There is currently a 5.5 week supply of homes!  There are 630 more homes on the market TODAY than there were exactly 4 weeks ago.....  DUM DUM DUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMM!
