Market Stats-2/18/13

Market Stats for the week!  First off, Happy Presidents Day!

There are 3,325 homes on the market.  376 are bank owned, 545 are short sales, 2,404 are equity.

Last week we had 844 homes put into escrow.  98 were bank owned, 364 were short sales and 382 were equity.

WE had 547 homes close escrow.  38 were bank owned.  231 were short sales.  278 were equity.

41 non-short sale, non-bank owned homes Expired off the market!

At the current rate, we have less than a 4 week supply of homes!

Market Stats-2/11/13

Here are the stats for this week!

3,350 SFR homes on the market!  Of those 384 are bank owned, 565 are short sales and 2,401 are regular equity sales!

873 went into excrow last week!  Of those 92 are bank owned, 354 are short sales and 427 are equity sales!

386 closed escrow last week!  29 were bank owned, 145 were short sales and 212 were equity sales!

We currently have a less than 4 week supply of homes on the market!

Happy MLK Day!  Here are the market stats for the week!

There are currently 3,588 SFR homes available!  Of that 402 are bank owned, 628 are short sales and 2,558 are regular equity sales.

Last week there were 888 homes that went into escrow!  Of those 104 were bank owned, 357 were short sales and 427 were regular equity sales!

404 homes closed escrow last week!  38 were bank owned (remember when that was oh so much higher?), 151 were short sales and 215 were regular equity sales!

There were 36 Expired properties that were not short sale or bank owned last week!

Market Stats-Las Vegas 1/14/2013

Here are the stats for this week!  

There are 3,677 homes on the market as of right now!  Of those, 413 are bank owned, 640 are short sales and 2,624 are regular old sales!!!

Last week 823 went into escrow!  Of those 114 are bank owned, 344 are short sales and 365 are regular old sales!

341 homes closed escrow last week!  42 of those were bank owned, 108 were short sales and 191 are regular sales!

There were 49 Expireds last week!  That means there were 49 homes that failed to sell!  None of these were short sales or bank owneds.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Here are the numbers for last week!

As of today there are 3,570 homes on the market!  Of that, 391 are REO, 626 are Short Sales, 2,553 are Equity sales!

Last week, 513 homes went into escrow!  Of those, 83 were REO, 222 are Short Sales and 208 were Equity!

Last week 777 closed escrow!  LUCKY!!!  Of those, 76 were REO, 414 were Short Sales and 287 were Equity!  

Here's the best number yet!  With the closing of the year there were 373 Expired listings that were not REO, were not Short Sale!  

If you feel that you lack the skill to call Expireds and get those listings, it might be time for a change in the new year-HIRE A COACH!
