Market Stats-Las Vegas 1/21/2013

Happy MLK Day!  Here are the market stats for the week!

There are currently 3,588 SFR homes available!  Of that 402 are bank owned, 628 are short sales and 2,558 are regular equity sales.

Last week there were 888 homes that went into escrow!  Of those 104 were bank owned, 357 were short sales and 427 were regular equity sales!

404 homes closed escrow last week!  38 were bank owned (remember when that was oh so much higher?), 151 were short sales and 215 were regular equity sales!

There were 36 Expired properties that were not short sale or bank owned last week!

Market Stats-Las Vegas-1/7/13

Here are the stats for the previous 7 day period.

It looks like the number of availables is going up, though it's to early to determing that is a trend, there's more!

3,629 available.  There are 408 bank owned, 649 short sales and 2,572 are equity/regular old sales!

Last week 527 went into escrow or accepted an offer.  75 were bank owned, 220 were short sales and 232 were equity!

Last week there were 502 closed transactions!  36 were bank owned, 241 were short sales and 225 were equity deals.

There were 318 homes that FAILED TO SELL!!  That means the Expired off the market.  These homes were not short sales or REO's!

Happy Day After Christmas!!!  Here are the Stats for this week!

There are 3,709 Available.  389 are REO, 650 are Short Sale, 2,670 are Equity sales!  WOW!!!

Last Week 484 went into escrow!  63 were REO, 220 were Short Sale, 201 were Equity!

Last Week 437 Closed escrow!  38 were REO, 183 were Short Sales and 216 were Equity!

Here they are!!!

3,937 available SFR homes.

9% bank owned, 20% short sale, 71% other (equity, flippers, etc)

792 went into P,C status last week.

11% bank owned, 47% short sale, 42% other.

431 closed escrow last week.

9$ bank owned, 45% short sale, 46% other.

There were 51 Expired listings that were not short sale or bank owned.

At the current rate, if not one more home came on the market it would take us just under 5 weeks to sell all the current inventory!

932 went into Escrow (P,C Status)

14% REO, 50% Short Sale, 36% Equity

720 Closed Escrow!

11% REO, 48% Short Sale, 41% Regular

Last week there were 62 homes that failed to sell (X status) that were not REO or Short Sales!
