It looks like the number of availables is going up, though it's to early to determing that is a trend, there's more!
3,629 available. There are 408 bank owned, 649 short sales and 2,572 are equity/regular old sales!
Last week 527 went into escrow or accepted an offer. 75 were bank owned, 220 were short sales and 232 were equity!
Last week there were 502 closed transactions! 36 were bank owned, 241 were short sales and 225 were equity deals.
There were 318 homes that FAILED TO SELL!! That means the Expired off the market. These homes were not short sales or REO's!
