    Las Vegas Real Estate Market Update - 8/12/13

    Last week there were 5,094 SFR homes in available status!  Of those: 285 are REO, 518 are Short Sale and 4,291 are Equity.

    Last week 760 went into escrow.  Of those: 74 were REO, 224 were Short Sales and 462 were Equity.

    There were 439 closings last week!  Of those: 31 were REO, 100 were Short Sales and 308 were Equity!
