Today there at 4.543 homes available in Las Vegas area. Of those 284 are Bank Owned, 424 are Short Sales and 3,835 are Equity.
Last Week 839 went into escrow! Of those, 65 were Bank Owned, 254 were Short Sales and 520 were Equity.
Last Week there were 562 closings. Of those, 33 were Bank Owned, 158 were Short Sales and 371 were Equity!
