    Market Stats-Las Vegas-11/5/12

    Here are those always exciting Market Stats for the Las Vegas area!

    There are currently 3,945 SFR homes available.  Of those: 9% are REO, 21% are Short Sale, 70% are Equity.

    Last week 833 went into escrow!  Of those: 14% were REO, 47% were Short Sale, 39% are Equity.

    Last week 761 closed escrow!  Of those: 12% were REO, 44% were Short Sale, 44% were Equity.
